The Story > This PRO Knows Music beat is pure loveliness and his haunting and aching vocal on the hook were originally created with the idea of calling out to loved one in a time of need. But when I heard it, I asked him if he would be OK with me turning it into a tribute to the late, great Andy Williams aka DJ A-Dog. I heard the calling to send him a song on this one because PRO singing ‘If you need me in a hurry, please just call my name’ made me think of when I’d text Andy and he would hop on his skateboard and roll over to my spot with the quickness to bring me some of that good weed he always had in his backpack. And to have DJ E-Train send Andy some scratchin’ love for verse 2 of this really brought it all together.
