The Story > I loved this groove from the first time I ever heard it and knew I would sample it for this record. The hook is one that Konflik and I used to do during our Thursday night residency with Eye Oh You (and the late, great Andy DJ A-Dog Williams). When Shauna Anderson and Toyosi Babalola slid into the studio and sang the hook, it transformed this melted butter into a Motown meets Amy Winehouse vibe. And shouts to Mark Robohm on the shaker!
